“I started training with Mik during the summers when I was playing college basketball. My goal was to gain muscle and add to my vertical. As a freshman, I was 160 LBS and was not able to dunk. But after my first summer training with Mik, I added more than 5 inches to my vertical and 10+ pounds. Each summer from there I improved in all areas to the point where I could do a variety of dunks, compete at a higher level, and beat out most all my components. Aside from being a flat out great guy, Mik took me from barely grazing the bottom of the rim to well above it in less than 1 month. My base feels far stronger than before, which has trickled over to my overall health. I’m both stronger and more flexible as a result of working with Mik. For perspective, I’m a 5’11 non-athlete- I can only imagine the results for a real athlete. -

My family and I have had amazing success with Shane and Mik. They are very accommodating, friendly, and professional.
